Yes. Most repairs carry a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. Coverage details vary by repair type — ask your service advisor before work begins and we will tell you exactly what is covered.

Always. You receive a written estimate before any work begins. We do not start without your approval. If we discover something unexpected during the repair, we call you first — we never authorize additional work without your go-ahead.

Can I wait at the shop while my car is being serviced?

Yes, we have a waiting area at the shop. Quick services like oil changes are typically done in 15–30 minutes. For longer repairs, we can let you know when the vehicle will be ready so you can drop off and come back.

If the check engine light is steady, it is generally safe to drive but should be diagnosed soon. If the light is flashing, stop driving immediately — a flashing light indicates an active engine misfire that can damage your catalytic converter. Call us or have the vehicle towed in.
